Meet Our Team
Jennifer Andrews
At the age of 16, Jen began her career in the service industry. She instantly fell in love with the face-paced and energetic environment it provided. Tackling multiple positions in the fine dining, casual dining, catering, and bar industries for over two decades, Jen acquired the expertise in customer service, operations, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills that has led her to this opportunity. Jen acknowledges her eight years in Alexander City’s Cecil’s Public House under mentor Stacey Jones as the most influential time in her career. Stacey taught her attention to detail and how to hold employees to a certain standard while making them feel loved and valued. These lessons help mold Jen into the leader she is today.
Jen has four beautiful children, and a grandbaby on the way. She looks forward to seeing the collaborative vision of The St. Clair and Tavern at St. Clair become a part of the Pell City community and can't wait to meet everyone!
Sean Fincher
Sean became fascinated with cooking at a young age watching The French Chef on PBS and his mother, Sue, at home in the kitchen. At age 15 he began working as a dishwasher in the town of Odenville and would eventually pursue a career as a chef in Birmingham, Alabama. Over the last 16 years, he has worked in every position within the industry, absorbing information from his chefs and mentors, to become a well-rounded leader within the kitchen. Known for his Southern cooking incorporating techniques and flavors from a variety of cuisines, Sean is a former restaurant owner, Executive Chef, and Chef de Cuisine that brings a practical approach to life in the kitchen. He lives just outside of Pell City where he enjoys the mountain views with his two dogs, Gaia and Raya, who eagerly watch him cook every meal.
